The Game is the 4th album by punk band Sham 69, originally released in 1980. In 1980 Sham had just disbanded and re-formed within a couple of months, drafting in new drummer Mark Goldstein for this comeback. Sham 69 started off the 1980s with The Game, as a warning of the coming decade of greed and myopia. Their message was, of course, right on the mark. The album sounds like their earlier recordings, but has a much slicker production. A much underrated album at the time. The Game is available as limited numbered edition of 750 copies on red vinyl. Tracklist Side A 1. The Game 2. Human Zoo 3. Lord Of The Flies 4. Give The Dog A Bone 5. In And Out 6. Tell The Children Side B 1. Spray It On The Wall 2. Dead Or Alive 3. Simon 4. Deja Vu 5. Poor Cow 6. Run Wild Run Free 7. Unite And Win
